Jon’s mission as a communicator, consultant and coach is to help people (and organizations) find meaning at work, fulfilment in relationships and purpose in life.

He has extensive leadership experience and has done more than 2000 seminars, talks, workshops, trainings and facilitations.

He has the ability to connect with people from all ages and backgrounds, is able to unpackage complex concepts into bite size understanding, and can help people “connect the dots” — it does not hurt that he is kind of funny too.

He was part of a large non-profit organization in which he had tremendous impact by growing a division by 400%, ensuring the organization thrived during the pandemic and directly impacting thousands through the programs he pioneered and ran.  

He has worked with individuals and organizations (both big and small) across countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and Australia.

Jon is a big believer in
“mindset, skillset and toolset – in that order.”

As the saying goes, “whether you think you can or can’t - you are right.” That was his motto when he made a career change from the non-profit sector to the commercial world – the mindset that caused him to not only survive but thrive.

    · Pioneered an annual youth empowerment conference attracting 1000s

  • · Took charge of two additional divisions and successfully merging and integrating them via change management.

    · Established a “Centre of Excellence” focusing on Leadership, Innovation, Knowledge Management and Skill Development.

  • · Led and implemented digital transformation for the entire organization to transit into new ways of working in response to the pandemic

    · Pioneered a new division in the pandemic and grew it by 900%

  • · Made a career pivot from the non-profit to commercial sector as a Human Capital Consultant.

  • · Having served and impacted organizations ranging from non-profits, SME (Small Medium Enterprises) and large corporations.

Communicator

There is power in words, and yet everyone can talk but not everyone can communicate. Whether you need a speaker for a particular topic, an emcee for your event or a particular training – he’s your guy.
