He was part of a large non-profit organization in which he had tremendous impact by growing a division by 400%, ensuring the organization thrived during the pandemic and directly impacting 1000s through the programs he pioneered and ran.

He has the ability to connect with people from all ages and backgrounds, is able to unpackage complex concepts into bite size understanding, and can help people “connect the dots” - it does not hurt that he is kind of funny too.

He has worked with individuals and organizations (both big and small) across countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and Australia.

Jon is a big believer in “mindset, skillset and toolset – in that order.” As the saying goes, “whether you think you can or can’t - you are right.” That was his motto when he made a career change from the non-profit sector to the commercial world – the mindset that caused him to not only survive but thrive.
